Born on November 3, 1977 in Los Angeles, California, Aria Giovanni is an actress and model who became a Penthouse Pet for September 2000 magazine issue. She is of mixed Italian, Yugoslavian, French, German, Irish and American descent.

  When she was in high school, Aria was quite shy but she did so well that she was able to graduate and entered college at the age of 16. She studied bio-chemistry in college while doing multiple jobs to support her studies at the same time. During these years, she decided to try modeling wherein she could earn more money. She started her career as an amateur internet model appearing in various pornographic websites such as Amateur Pink, Busty Amateurs and Seductive Amateurs. She appeared in the September issue of Penthouse magazine in 2000. Since then, she has been featured in major magazines such as Playboy and Mystique. She was Playboy’s Model of the Day for June 6, 2007.

In 2001, she appeared in the movie Survivors Exposed, a parody of the Survivor television series playing as Monica Snatch. Aria married guitarist John Lewery (also known as John5) in 2005. The marriage did not last and the two got divorced.
